The place, the hospitality, the food, the list goes on... Everything is top tier! An enjoyable experience amidst nature, where bird chirp is the only sound one will hear. Windflower is a must-visit if you are looking for a relaxing weekend and an escape from the hustle and crowd. Mr. Sangeet and his team of highly enthusiastic people do not leave any stone unturned to make their guests fell royal. The indoor games, swimming pool, and spa facilities come a close second to the breath-taking views.

It is very hot with no fans in the property a/c not working properly poor service and bad maitainence if you are Delhi wala go north. Rooms were dirty uf you think you will have a coffee experience no no coffee tasting no nothing. Only thing nice was coffee tour by the assistant manager

There are no words to describe how amazing our experience was all i can share is my experience on all the 4 days of my stay. When we initially enquired about the resort Mr. sangeet sundar just told us to come to the resort and everything will be taken care of. I was little skeptical because i was traveling along with my 6 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. As soon as i reached resort we were given an amazing room with a beautiful view of the resort. I was so overwhelmed to see such a beautiful resort and throughout has been a beautiful experience. Right from plantation walk by Mr.Kumar sir to the restaurant by Mr.Pradip sir chef everything was just perfect and timely executed even before we asking for any help it was ready right in front of our eyes. We experienced our second home here at windflower resort coorg. I am definitely visiting very soon and this trip would not have been possible if Mr. sangeet sir was not there. so we are extremely grateful to him for an amazing experience and it was him who made it wonderful.

Decent getaway but room for improvement

Pros 1. Staff is courteous, polite and helpful 2. Food is decent 3. There is good amount of greenery all around the resort and hence if you like long nature walks, it offers good options Cons 1. Housekeeping is casual -had to be reminded daily about filing in shower gel, soap in dispensers. 2. There is no a la carte menu option -although hotel agreed to provide us to choose a la carte from the buffet. I feel the reservations should have communicated us about this 3. The resort had done a bad job of patching the glass partition between open shower and room bathroom -that allowed a frog to enter our bathroom in the night. This was quite disappointing. 4. The last 1 km stretch to the resort is quite bad and gets worse when it rains.
